I run Finding Balance - Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes at Samworth Centre, Melton Mowbray LE13 1AE on Friday afternoons from 1300 to 1400 starting from 11th Jan and during term time.

Finding Balance is health-promoting exercise that reduces stress, improves posture, balance and general mobility, and increases muscle strength in the core and legs. It is based on Tai Chi - Yang Long Form, Qi Gong and Fan Song Gong exercises which combine deep breathing and relaxation with gentle movement. Finding Balance is a stress-free, flowing and easy experience that should improve the quality of your life. I have extended my practice into rehabilitation and falls therapy.

If you have any questions or comments then it would be nice to hear from you; otherwise I look forward to seeing you at a future Finding Balance event. You can send me a message peterfindingbalance@gmail.com or phone me on 07810 658990
